A rider joins the pool the moment the shift opens. A new package lands on the phone as a notification and is accepted with one tap. Navigation opens in the rider's own map app, so the habit stays the same.
- Shift control: riders set their own hours, and the time worked is logged automatically.
- Instant notifications: a new package reaches the rider even when the app is closed.
- Proof of delivery: photo, time and location are recorded in a single step.

Older phones
It runs smoothly on low memory devices. A new phone is not a requirement.

Location is read only while the shift is open, and only as often as needed, so the battery lasts the day.

Fault tolerance
If the connection drops, the work is not lost. It waits in the queue.
