We keep records
Every action carries a time, a location and a person behind it. The record speaks, not somebody's word.

It started on a Saturday evening when the orders were coming in faster than we could deliver them. Every screen we have built since adds a piece of information we were missing that night.
On day one we had an order notebook, three couriers and a phone that never stopped ringing. We did not know where anyone was; when a customer called, "on the way" was the only answer we had.
At the end of the month, working out payouts meant counting tally marks in that notebook. That was the day we decided to build a system that leaves a record behind every package it moves.
Today the same system runs in Rize and is expanding into new areas. Our priority has not changed: we do not add a feature that does not earn its place in the field.
Every action carries a time, a location and a person behind it. The record speaks, not somebody's word.
A rider on a bike should be done in two taps. An extra step means a feature nobody uses in the field.
Most new features start with a complaint from a courier or a dispatcher.
A problem during delivery hours does not wait for the next day. The support line is open at exactly those hours.
We do not sign a contract and disappear. Your first week counts as part of the setup for us.
How many packages do you move, to which area, and do you have your own riders. The answers to those three questions shape the whole setup. You get a firm price by the end of the call.
The panel is opened, areas and pricing are defined, integrations are connected. Riders get the app installed and walked through it in a single session.
Through the first week the operations team watches the panel with you: which assignment went wrong, which area rule needs fixing. That is how the settings settle into real conditions.
Weekly numbers sit in the panel: on time delivery rate, deliveries per courier, where the delays pile up. The rules get updated against those numbers.
Business, regional partner or courier. Whichever side you come from, the process is the same: we listen first, we set it up next, and we stay with you through the first week.
